Enter on this post to win a mosaic picture frame! There will be 1 winner and the winner will win a "Delicate Flowers" frame. The frame holds a 4"x4" picture. The border is 1.25"x1.25." The tiles are handcut from vintage plates (Note that the prize frame will use this same pattern but may vary slightly from the picture since each one is handmade). Contest ends at Midnight PST January 12th, 2009.
